just a quick one right now, but more to come!

Nightlightning have flown us the goods with an exciting new set of lights! A great new mounting setup, a more succinct design and more features than we've even come to realize just yet. They come out of the wrapping properly on the weekend, perhaps with a bit of testing thrown in as well, and you know this is the place you'll hear about it!

Also new to the Felt Epix crew is the new Ascend ready-to-drink prototype packaging - a single serve prima style drink with a full dose of the amazing proteins that we've come to love from the scientists at Ascend! They are working to take their sensational products out of the secretive dark corners of the sporting world (you'd would be suprised how many athletes of various sports use this in conflict to their actual sponsors!) and bringing it to you in a convienient form for everyday use!

So more pretty pictures when we have a moment, right now its off to the real world for another day...

Rode down to sorrento for the weekend, happened accross a helicopter doing training runs on this little island. He'd dropp off his mate, hammer off and do a huge arc, dive down, hook back up then come screaming in and pick up his pal.

I think he was having a ball, and calling it work ;)

Good on 'em!

Johnny, one of the hardest 24 hour racers out there, sadly pulls the pin on racing, and looks forward to new and exciting challenges.

Congrats on some brilliant racing achievements Clackers, and we'll see you on the trails!

It always was, and still will be, 'all about the extras...'

cheers,

Beechworth 6 hour

Its been a long time since I've strapped on a number, and with the Compulsion raring to go, it was with a hint of excitement that I snuck my way to the front group of the S.H.I.T.S field, only to go backwards with more speed than the group went forwards! Something about confusing confidence with ability I think..

Carrying the remnants of the seasonal change cold, and riding in the 'Kristy Cup' raising money for breast cancer research, we had a group of about 25 riders of varying abilities out there ripping the place up!

The course got better and better throughout the day, as did Russ Baker's music as new Felt Racing team manager Rich got on the musical directors program! Uptown Girl, for the third time, was really starting to grate...

The final chapters of the race we're the most fun, with most of our teams finishing on the same lap, and within minutes making it quite an exciting race for us!

The 'awards ceremony' and giving of the Kristy Cup happened at the now highly recommended Bridge Road Brewer's brewery, with yummy fresh beer and pizza's served, that even this retard could eat!

So in all, an awesome weekend of fun, so check out the riders blogs around the place for more stories and photos as they come to hand!

F1C Still on the market - now with price drop

This exceptional road bike is still on the market! With a price drop to get it moving, this brilliant Felt F1C is just begging for a new owner to take 'er out! Weighing next to nothing, coming complete with Shimano's finest drivetrain and Mavic's superb Ksyrium SL's, this bike is ready to tackle whatever you can dream up. From all day road touring enjoying the amazing shock absorbing capabilities of the High Modulous M303 Carbon Fibre, to the fury of crit racing aboard this rocket ship, you'll not be disappointed!

Enduro ceramic bottom bracket bearings give you that feeling of an extra gear, such is their lack of resistance.

Full shimano dura-ace will see you spinning gears up and down dale. (just don't tell dale...)

Felt's brilliant 1.3 forks - light weight with steering precision will steer you right. (sorry...)

And that be all folks. How much you wonder. Just $3600 will see you scoot away (sold sans pedals and Flite seat- Felt Carbon seat to replace) making you the happiest camper in town. This bike was close to $8000 new, making it a bargain whichever way you turn the pedals.

The full spec can be seen by clicking this link, and you can always get in contact with me via email at ash.onmtb@gmail.com

Man + Ascend = Wolverine.

No one wants to see the tan lines of a cyclist with his or her top off. So I thought I would show you what’s possible after you start taking Ascend products using one of our fellow Ascend members ;)

My shiny set is on order…
